Mt Kaukau Walk Views of Karori
It' was an excellent fine clear day to go out for a big walk on Easter Friday the 14th of March. The weather was stunning in Wellington so I made the most of it. Here are a few photos of the start of the walk.
Karori From Hatton St Looking towards Wrights Hill.
The View from higher up the hill. This is looking South towards Cook Straight.
Karori is in the lower center then you look across Newtown where Wellington Hospital can be made out then out to Pencarrow head and the Rimutaka ranges can be seen in the left background.
